What comes to mind when you think about fibre?
Metamucil, Raisin Bran, Bran Muffins or All Bran cereal. All of these are sources of fibre, but do you know why fibre is important?
And most people don’t get enough! The standard diet is deficient in fibre. I often recommend fibre supplements or increasing fibre intake through the diet to improve weight loss, bloating, digestion, hormones, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Here are some ideas for increasing your fibre intake:
